Welcome to Your Final Days, an 8-bit game inspired by many games i love.

In a distant future where all the world's resources have been wasted, corrupting the planet because of humanity's negligence, it is up to a small robot named Orb to purify the earth and give humanity a second chance.

The objective is simple, head to one of the four locations avaiable, then find the corruption and purify it.

But it won't be so easy, as Orb is not strong enough to confront it, the only way to succeed is to explore, find upgrades and defeat enemies to level up, only then will Orb be able to face the corruption.

However, Orb's weapons will consume his resources, when they're all used, Orb will be defenseless, time is also a dangerous foe as you can only explore at Night, without the Ozone layer the sun rays will harm you.

You can't afford to waste time, as you have limited days before Orb's battery fully depletes, leaving it lifeless.

The odds are stacked against you, will you be able to turn the tables and succeed?

All of the game's assets were created by me using Aseprite and Famitracker.

To get the true ending you have to beat the game at normal difficulty or higher, the amount of days will not affect the ending you get.

The game can be beaten in one sitting, but not everyone has the time for that, you can save the game everytime the day ends.
When you start the game and it detects a save file, you can choose to load it, or to start a new game.

Since this is a Game Jam, it is very likely some bugs are lurking around, please report any bug you encounter... Well if you want to.
